
High Net Worth Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced High Net Worth Client Relationship Manager to develop and expand existing relationships with high net worth customers for liabilities and commercial assets. This role requires a high level of customer service orientation, application of bank policy, and cross-selling of existing bank products to customers.
The successful candidate will inform customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship, plan and conduct special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients, and coordinate with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products.
Maintaining complete relationship records for assigned customer accounts and tracking customer complaints, queries, and turnaround times for customer satisfaction are also key responsibilities of this role.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 4 to 5 years' work experience in developing and maintaining banking relationships with a select group of high net worth customers through individualized customer service.
- A very good understanding of trade and forex.
- A very good understanding of commercial assets like credit cards, overdraft facilities, term loans, export finance, etc.
- An added advantage would be an understanding of mutual funds and insurance.
