Preferred Relationship Manager

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with high net worth clients. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, acquiring new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of high net worth clients through proactive relationship building and sales efforts
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expansion
  • Provide expert financial planning and investment advice to clients, ensuring their financial goals are met
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client expectations
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes to provide informed guidance to clients
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in private banking or wealth management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Knowledge of financial products, including mutual funds, PMS, and structured products
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with high net worth clients, with a minimum investment amount of Rs 1 Cr
  • Strong network of contacts within the industry, with ability to leverage relationships to drive business growth
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with ability to meet or exceed targets
