Job Title: HR Generalist

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to manage and enhance all aspects of the HR function independently.

  • This is a hands-on role where you will drive HR initiatives directly without a team reporting to you.
  • You will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and policy implementation.

The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of experience in HR and possess strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance.

About The Role

This is a critical role that requires someone with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

  • You will work closely with management to identify talent needs and drive retention strategies.
  • You will also support learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  2. Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices aligned with organizational goals.
  3. Oversee employee relations, address grievances, and foster a healthy work environment.
  4. Lead performance management systems: appraisals, goal-setting, and feedback processes.
  5. Plan and execute employee engagement programs and team-building activities.
  6. Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR audits.
  7. Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.
Requirements
  • 4–5 years of experience as an HR professional, preferably in events, media, or marketing industries.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate.
