Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to lead our Sales & Operations Planning process. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain analytics, and S&OP leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the monthly S&OP cycle, ensuring alignment across demand, supply, and inventory planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and deliver insights through analytics.
  • Perform data-driven analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in sales, inventory, and supply performance.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics, or related field (preferred).
  • 4-5 years of experience in S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Chain Analytics, preferably in FMCG, Food, or Manufacturing industry.
  • Exposure to ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics NAV / SAP / Oracle) and BI/reporting tools.
