Role & responsibilities

  • Configure and optimize WFM systems to meet manufacturing and field service labor requirements.
  • Integrate WFM tools with ERP, MES, HRIS, and time & attendance systems for seamless data flow.
  • Analyze historical production and field service data to accurately forecast workforce demand and plan capacity.
  • Develop automated reports and dashboards to monitor key metrics such as productivity, absenteeism, overtime, and compliance.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support strategic workforce planning and operational decision-making.
  • Lead process improvements and digital transformation initiatives to automate scheduling and reduce manual workload.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training for WFM users including planners, supervisors, and HR teams.
  • Maintain data accuracy and system integrations to enable real-time workforce visibility and responsiveness.
