Job Overview

Crest Ventures Limited is a leading player in the Indian real estate market operating under three verticals: Real Estate Financial Services and Investments.

We are seeking a dedicated professional to spearhead our land sourcing and acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and evaluate land parcels in pre-defined target micro-markets.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of brokers landowners developers and other intermediaries.
  • Actively track market opportunities and upcoming transactions.
  • Conduct initial due diligence including land title zoning FSI potential ready reckoner rates and development control regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal analysts to prepare feasibility studies financial models and market assessments.
  • Assess alignment of land parcels with our product design and business model.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings between key stakeholders including legal finance and management teams.
  • Work with legal counsel consultants and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of deals.
  • Facilitate documentation compliance and closure of acquisition transactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Business Finance Architecture or related field MBA preferred.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in land acquisition real estate development or investment.
  • Strong knowledge of Mumbai Development Control Regulations DCR and land acquisition processes.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing land transactions.
  • Established network with brokers landowners and developers in MMR mandatory.
  • Strong negotiation stakeholder management and communication skills.
