Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to drive consumer engagement in India.

This role will involve reporting to the Head of Communications for India and leading proactive campaigns across various product categories and shopping events.

The successful candidate should have demonstrated expertise in media relations, social media management, and influencer partnerships, with a strong sense of ownership.

They should also have experience in crisis and issues management to collaborate effectively with team members managing these topics.

Key responsibilities include developing strategic communications plans for Amazon's Stores business (Amazon.in), managing key retail events and cross-category initiatives, leveraging data to support storytelling efforts, and successfully navigating complex, fast-moving, and unexpected communications challenges.
