We are seeking a strategic and collaborative employee engagement professional to drive internal communications, align business objectives, and enhance the overall workplace experience.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned communication specialist to lead internal communication efforts, drive employee engagement, and foster a culture of collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute internal communication plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Cross-functionally collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Create high-quality content, including newsletters, leadership messages, talking points, FAQs, intranet posts, presentations, videos, and campaigns.
  • Support internal events, such as town halls, leadership connects, and employee engagement initiatives, with clear and concise communications.
  • Lead internal communication efforts for change management programs, organizational updates, and digital transformations.
  • Foster two-way communication and drive employee feedback through various touchpoints.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
  • 10-12 years of experience in internal or corporate communications.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, and basic design platforms.
  • Familiarity with digital communication platforms like Teams, Poppulo, SharePoint, Slack, and Yammer.
