Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Employee located in Goregaon. The Back Office Employee will be responsible for performing data entry, managing records, and supporting the finance and customer service teams. Daily tasks include processing transactions, preparing financial reports, handling customer inquiries, and assisting with sales support activities. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Back Office Operations, Data Entry, and Record Management skills
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Basic knowledge of Finance and Financial Reporting
- Experience in Sales Support activities
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and related software
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is preferred
