About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a critical role in employee support and benefit administration within our organization's French-speaking regions.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in ensuring seamless delivery of benefits and resolving complex queries from employees. Your expertise in managing administrative processes, vendor relationships, and document management will be essential in driving success.

We are looking for an individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, who can work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team. A background in back-office ticket management and experience with vendor relations would be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of effective benefit administration strategies across French-speaking regions
  • Provide high-level technical assistance to employees, resolving queries related to benefit entitlements and policy interpretation
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including HR and Finance teams, to ensure alignment and efficient communication
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all transactions and interactions, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a relevant administrative or operations role, preferably with a focus on employee benefits or back-office services
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with CRM software and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in both English and French
