**What you will be handling in daily operations**:
different channels.
- Migrate data from one plateform to another.
- Test & correction of bugs when there are new updates/deployments.
- Analyze issues raised by the users through ticketing platform, contact and clarify all needs/issues and

help to solve problems.
- Maintain reports/dashboard updated.
- Ensure a continuous update of knowledge bases.
- Translate business documents in French
English.

**Attention**:This position is not for those who major in IT domain.

**Job Requirements**
- 1 years working experience with customer-oriented mindset. New graduates/ freshers with customerorientated mindset are welcome.
- Professional proficiency in French (writing and speaking) is mandatory.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
- It is a plus if you have experiences in one of below skills:

- MS Office including 2019, Microsoft 365 and related communication tools.
- Experienced on database management platforms (CRM Oracle, Salesforce, Drupal, WordPress).
- Experienced with media tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, Camtasia, Powtoon ).
- Ability in using VB, VBA, and other programming languages.

- Be a team player. - IT know-how and critical thinking.
- Willing to experiment new products/releases.
