Job Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of Unified Data Management Service Operations strategies and initiatives. As a skilled UDM Service Operations Specialist, you will play a critical part in ensuring seamless delivery of services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of UDM Service Operations strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services to clients.
  • Independently work within global guidelines and best practices, utilizing expertise to solve complex problems and contribute to process improvements.
  • Exhibit substantial discretion and employ specialist knowledge, analytical skills, judgment, and broad conceptual and practical experience to resolve complex problems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 9-12 years of applied experience with a B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA educational background.
  • Experience in Unified Data Management Service Operations delivery.
  • Expertise in taking high-level responsibility for high-risk Methods of Procedures (MoPs) and change procedures.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end delivery perspective, collaborating with counterparts in other Managed Service functions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
