This network comprises senior, consultative experts who partner with us on pre-sales activities, discovery sessions, and short-term proof-of-concept projects.

As a Lead Consultant, you will shape and deliver high-impact GenAI solutions from conception to deployment for clients.

This role requires established independent consultants comfortable with short-notice engagements and open to fractional or project-based work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Leadership: Engage directly with clients to understand their challenges and lead innovative GenAI solution ideation and design.
  • Technical Architecture: Translate client needs into actionable concepts, defining architecture, data strategy, model selection, and tooling required for success.
  • Project Ownership: Lead end-to-end delivery of GenAI solutions, ensuring technical quality, alignment with business goals, and timely execution of project milestones.
  • Team Mentorship: Guide cross-functional teams, including engineers and data scientists, fostering best practices and ensuring project accountability.
  • Hands-On Contribution: Remain hands-on with tools, models, and code to prototype, build, and troubleshoot complex application components.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the key technical point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing progress updates, and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to co-develop tailored proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and implementation roadmaps.
