Overview

Lead the design, development, and deployment of large language models (LLMs) and Generative AI (Gen AI) applications.

  • Strong foundational knowledge in traditional machine learning and deep neural networks is essential.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning/LLM/Gen AI libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Langchain, and NLP tools like SpaCy, NLTK are required.
  • Leverage Azure AI services to build and deploy AI/Gen AI applications.
  • Hands-on experience with LlamaIndex, LangChain, or equivalent frameworks is necessary.
  • Rich experience in designing, developing, and deploying advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) based Gen AI solutions is desired.
  • A strong understanding of LLMs, vector databases, and embedding techniques is required.
  • Evaluate and implement different embedding models and chunking strategies.
  • Design and implement agentic AI systems that can autonomously perform tasks, make decisions, and interact with other systems or users effectively.
  • Experience in applying advanced fine-tuning methods such as Low-Rank Adaptation (LoRA), Quantized LoRA (QLoRA), and Pattern-Exploiting Training (PET) to optimize open-source models for specific tasks is necessary.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Github Actions or similar is desired.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure efficient data collection, preprocessing, and management for AI applications.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring best practices in Gen AI development.
