  • Develop and execute outbound business development and consultative sales strategies to HNI/UHNI investors and family offices.
  • Oversee the entire client journey: sale, onboarding, portfolio discussions, and relationship building.
  • Effectively communicate investment strategies, emphasizing our unique hyper-personalization, goal-focused, and quant & AI-driven approach.
  • Collect structured client feedback and collaborate with the product and quant teams to shape product direction.
  • Utilize modern tools like AI agents and CRM software.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in wealth management, PMS/AIF advisory, or private banking.
  • A strong academic background from premier institutions and willingness to obtain the NISM Series XXI-B (Portfolio Managers) certification.
  • A proven track record managing HNI/UHNI relationships, especially younger or tech-savvy clients.
  • An AI-native mindset, end-to-end ownership, and bias toward action.
  • Bonus points for zero-to-one experience growing companies from an early stage or unconventional backgrounds that excel in our culture.
