Job Summary

The Head of Service Delivery, India is accountable to ensure smooth and timely delivery of ETEK services across all clients in India. This involves measuring CSAT/NPS survey compliance against projected milestones, assisting clients in transforming their cybersecurity strategy and operations, and monitoring profitability of delivery projects/programs. The role requires constant reinvention of ETEK services and operations in line with client emerging needs, changing threats landscape, scarcity of skillsets, and increasing competition. Key responsibilities include developing and training the team, striving for excellence, and coordinating the investigation, management, and response to all security incidents impacting the account. Additionally, the role involves managing external vendors/partners, procuring vendors and solutions, and defining the investment and maintenance budget of the area. The Head of Service Delivery, India must also participate in the development of the company's strategic plan, define the area's management indicators, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth and timely delivery of ETEK services across all clients in India.
  • Assist clients in transforming their cybersecurity strategy and operations.
  • Monitor profitability of delivery projects/programs.
  • Constantly reinvent ETEK services and operations in line with client emerging needs.
  • Develop and train the team.
  • Strive for excellence.
  • Coordinate the investigation, management, and response to all security incidents impacting the account.
  • Manage external vendors/partners.
  • Procure vendors and solutions.
  • Define the investment and maintenance budget of the area.
  • Participate in the development of the company's strategic plan.
  • Define the area's management indicators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Been in leadership position managing a team of minimum 30 resources across locations.
  • Experience of scaling services organization & ensured strong client retention & growth.
  • A minimum of 15 years' experience in the IT industry with a minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in Cyber Security Projects.
  • Must have master's or higher level of education or equivalent, preferably with strong experience in overall management and/or finance.
  • Financial knowledge is a must with a good understanding in running services P&L, optimizing same constantly while managing the contract risks.
  • Strong technical knowledge & understanding of cyber security standards and frameworks including PSPF/ISM/Essential 8, ISO 27001, ISO 31000, PCI-DSS, VPDSF, NIST CSF, ISA/IEC 62443, NERC-CIP, AESCSF, Vulnerability Management, Ethical Hacking, Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, COBIT, NIST, SANS, CISA, CISM, CISSP, ITIL, CGEIT and/or local industry regulations.
  • Proven experience in navigating through ambiguity, managing conflicting priorities, being adaptable and dealing with changing situations.
  • Experience in managing and delivering complex cybersecurity projects.
  • Experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in conducting risk assessments and developing risk management plans.
  • Experience in developing & implementing security policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Experience in managing and responding to security incidents and breaches.

Skills Required:

  • Expert knowledge of Information Security principles and practices
  • Experience with incident response and training delivery
  • Experience with NIST, ISO, PCI, GDPR and SOC frameworks and certification
  • Familiarity with cyber indices and industry best practices
  • Understanding of threat intelligence and its use in an operational environment
  • Advanced project, analysis, problem solving, and business relationship skills
  • Excellent understanding of current legislation and precedence governing IT
