Sales and Business Development Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Coordinator to join our team at Aeliya Marine Tech.
As a Sales and Business Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for responding promptly and professionally to inbound leads, engaging with potential customers to understand their needs, and providing product or service information.
- Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound leads and engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide product information.
- Build rapport and establish relationships with leads to identify their pain points and position our products or services as solutions.
- Proactively follow up with leads to nurture relationships, answer questions, and guide them through the sales process.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and dispatch.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the organization.
We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and experience:
- Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Inbound Sales Representative or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build relationships with customers.
- Strong sales acumen and ability to identify customer needs and position products or services as solutions.
- Ability to handle objections and overcome challenges in the sales process.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
