Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategy and execution for growth, aligning with Product and Marketing teams to deliver GTM plans for all business markets to achieve company growth goals
  • Cross-company collaboration, working with product and revenue operations leaders
  • Strong understanding of product enhancements and procedures, creating a supportive environment for organizational goals
  • Creating and implementing marketing plans, balancing longer-term brand-building activities, mid-term lead generation, and quick wins to achieve targets
  • Using data and analytics for decision-making, measuring marketing effectiveness, and driving growth through experimentation

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in a similar role, with a solid track record of scaling up from scratch
  • Strong experience in Growth Hacking, Product Marketing, demand generation, and performance marketing
  • Good knowledge of Campaign Management Tools and Web Analytics Tools
  • Goal-driven, comfortable in fast-paced environments, and adept at building relationships
