Job Description

We're seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and driving value across our operations. You'll work closely with Ops leads, Vertical Leads, and customers to generate roadmaps and transformation plans that drive business impact.

  1. Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements and digital solutions.
  2. Conduct root cause analysis and identify process bottlenecks to drive continuous improvement.
  3. Support the aligned teams in their Lean Journey and operationalize the Lean Approach.

You'll be responsible for leading and delivering Lean Digital projects that improve end-to-end processes and drive significant business impact for our clients. Your expertise in project management, problem-solving, and communication will be essential in achieving our goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent project management experience in designing and driving small to large-scale improvement and transformation projects.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • A proven track record of success in Lean and Green Belt training, testing, and certification.
  • Critical thinking and accountability, with a customer-centric approach.
