Job Overview:

The role of Learning Experience Developer involves creating and maintaining engaging learning experiences on Canvas LMS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain courses in Canvas LMS, adhering to instructional design specifications.
  • Create, format, and organize content pages, quizzes, assignments, and documents according to design document guidelines and accessibility standards.
  • Design and manage course assets, ensuring they meet quality standards.
  • Edit content on Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure learning materials meet quality and accessibility standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve LMS-related issues during course setup and delivery, collaborating with relevant teams for solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure project requirements and specifications are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-4 years of experience working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience working on Canvas LMS and/or CMS is beneficial.
  • Basic knowledge of accessibility standards and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
