A career-defining opportunity awaits for a skilled Instructional Designer to craft immersive learning experiences that elevate student engagement and academic achievement. We're seeking an innovative professional to join our dynamic team in Chennai, working on a 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Storyboarding: Translate raw video footage into captivating narratives, leveraging visual storytelling techniques to enhance the student's learning experience.
  • Visualization: Utilize creative visualization to convey complex ideas and concepts, ensuring visual consistency and harmony in the videos.
  • Video Review: Ensure high-quality video content by reviewing edits and making necessary adjustments.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Coordinate with the Production team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, verbal and written, to ensure seamless collaboration.

Learning Management System:

  • Manage content and develop assets on the Learning Management System.
  • Develop engaging Summary Decks based on video content.
  • Review and edit Closed Caption text for all videos.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Instructional Design, preferably in Higher Education or Corporate Education.
  • Specialized knowledge in Instructional design, online learning, video-based learning, mobile learning, MS Office skills, and especially MS PowerPoint skills.
  • Professional certification in Instructional design or video editing is a plus.
