Senior Learning Solutions Consultant

Job Description:

The Senior Learning Solutions Consultant will lead the development and delivery of innovative learning solutions that drive business results. This role requires a unique blend of consulting expertise, instructional design excellence, and project management skills.

This individual will work closely with clients to understand their learning needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget, as well as a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of learning solutions, including assessments, instructional design, and technology integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the learning and development space, applying this knowledge to improve client solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Advanced degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
  • 10–12 years of experience in learning and development consulting, instructional design, or enterprise education, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing large, complex client engagements and delivering enterprise-level learning solutions.
  • Strong expertise in instructional design, competency frameworks, assessment tools, and digital learning platforms.
  • Experience in proposal development, business development, and client expansion.
