Chief Analytics Strategist

Synopsis:

This is a pivotal leadership role that oversees the implementation of advanced analytics, data science, and process optimization methodologies to drive business performance across global operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading large-scale transformation projects, with experience in process automation, digital innovation, and data-driven project development.

  • Lead enterprise-wide transformation programs focusing on operational efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
  • Align transformation initiatives with strategic business objectives, driving measurable outcomes in areas such as productivity, utilization rates, service level adherence, and key customer satisfaction metrics.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Transformation Leadership: Drive cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions and lead organizational shift towards greater analytical maturity.
  • Data-Driven Innovation: Identify and champion use cases for advanced analytics technologies, including machine learning, predictive analytics, and automation.
  • Process Reengineering & Optimization: Leverage Lean methodologies to redesign workflows, eliminate waste, and minimize variation in critical business processes.
  • Cross-Functional Program Execution: Partner with business leaders, operations heads, and IT stakeholders to successfully execute transformation initiatives that deliver tangible ROI.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Technical Skills & Expertise: Proficiency in tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, with exposure to analytics platforms and automation technologies.
