We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead and drive business growth within our organization. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can provide direction to a team, achieve sales targets, and maintain a strong distribution base.

- Experience: Proven experience in the insurance industry, with a strong background in team-handling roles and business development.
- Skills: Strong track record of success, stability, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Proficiency in English and local languages is required for effective communication and collaboration.
