Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment: Identify and recruit top talent from the market to expand our distribution network and develop them into future leaders.

  • Experience: Proven experience in the insurance industry, with a strong background in team-handling roles and business development.
  • Skills: Strong track record of success, stability, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
