Job Opportunity for Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Position:

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our human resources department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying staffing needs and developing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.

  • You will collaborate with hiring managers to identify business requirements and develop tailored recruitment approaches to source qualified candidates.
  • You will utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • You will screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
  • You will coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
  • You will facilitate the interview process, provide feedback to candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • You will conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
  • You will negotiate job offers and terms of employment with selected candidates.
  • You will maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • You will monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on recruitment activities and results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR recruiter, preferably with experience recruiting for Non-IT positions.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
