Job Description

As a seasoned consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and cost goals for our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to build and write compelling proposals that showcase our expertise in techno-commercial research & advisory services. This involves gathering requirements during client briefings, formulating winning research solutions, designing commercial frameworks, and presenting solutions effectively.

You will actively participate in business development tasks, support marketing outreach programs, and initiate the development of industry / capability decks, white papers, thought papers, articles, case studies, etc. to support business growth. Additionally, you will take the lead in building, developing, training, and mentoring a team of senior analysts, analysts, and associates specialized in chemicals & materials domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue and cost goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, challenges, and best practices in chemicals and natural resources.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's and/or master's degree in chemical & material or related fields or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum six (6) years of experience in business research or consulting type of engagements.
  • Strong analytical mindset and technical background to generate insights and actionable recommendations for clients.
  • Excellent knowledge of market analysis, business analysis, technology analysis, competitor intelligence, management frameworks, advanced MS Office, forecasting, and business writing.
  • Ability to work with all levels of management in an effective, proactive manner.
