  • Key Responsibilities
  • Develop scalable software solutions that meet requirements, promote reusability, and ensure ease of maintenance.
  • Diagnose, isolate, and implement remedies for system failures caused by errors in software code.
  • Identify and implement process improvements in engineering practices.
  • Utilize software-based system maintenance and tracking tools.
  • Provide input and technical content for documentation, user guides, and customer training.
  • Conduct unit tests, track problems, and implement changes to ensure adherence to test plans and functional/non-functional requirements.
  • Analyze, design, and implement software mechanisms to improve code stability, performance, and reusability.
  • Participate in and lead code review sessions.
  • Create detailed estimates of work efforts.
  • Assist others in estimating task effort and dependencies, ensuring team commitments within the sprint.
  • Lead and advise other engineering resources on project activities.
  • Develop expertise in chosen areas and disseminate knowledge to team members.
  • Collaborate with industry groups, stay current with technology trends, and form best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with solution management and internal teams.
Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled individual with:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in software design and development.
  • A strong understanding of software development standards and protocols.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong experience in C++ development, Visual Studio, memory profiling, and performance tools.
  • API-based design and development using REST API.
  • Multi-threading concepts.
  • Unit testing and integration testing frameworks.
  • Messaging services.
  • Excellent understanding of SQL databases.
  • In-depth knowledge of design patterns and ability to design class and data models.
  • Experience with CI/AppSec tools like Sonar, Coverity, and Whitesource.
  • Strong debugging, memory leak detection, and profiling skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of NFT performance, scalability, and availability.
  • Cloud-native application development.
  • Linux OS and scripting.
  • Familiarity with TCP/IP, HTTPS/SSL, and networking concepts.
  • Deep understanding of software development and quality assurance best practices.
