**Software Development Engineer**: In this vital role, you will be a hands-on software development engineer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications and solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Software Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement high-quality software applications and modules, including custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
  • Technical Analysis and Design: Analyze and understand the functional and technical requirements of Veeva Vault applications, translating them into software architecture and design specifications.
  • Operations and Maintenance: Lead the day-to-day operations and maintenance of Veeva Clinical Operations Vault applications, automating operations, monitoring system health, and responding to incidents to minimize downtime.
  • Quality and Compliance: Develop and implement unit tests, integration tests, and other testing strategies to ensure software quality, following IS change control and GxP validation processes.
  • Collaboration and Integration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software on time, integrating with other systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
Qualifications
  • A Master's degree with 1-3 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience, or a Diploma with 7-9 years of experience in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault configuration and applications, such as Vault Clinical.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, JavaScript, or others, and proficient in writing SQL queries.
  • A strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Experience with API integrations such as MuleSoft and version control systems like Git is a plus.
  • SAFe for Teams, MuleSoft certified developer, or Vault Platform Administrator certifications are preferred.
  • Experience in managing GxP systems and implementing GxP projects is a plus.
