Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Leader to oversee our offshore Master Data operations.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in mentoring and developing teams to achieve expected performance, standardizing and automating processes, and ensuring timely completion of strategic and operational tasks.
  • They will also be responsible for managing training, talent development, and compliance activities, as well as building relationships between the business units and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Master Data Management Activities Execution (Quality Assurance)
  • Ensure Master Data team is managed within agreed timelines and with agreed quality standards
  • Quality check of the master data set-up to ensure inaccuracies are corrected prior to impact on business operations or customer relationships
  • Ensuring end-to-end process of managing master data is optimized for efficiency

General Leadership Activities

  • Performance target management, including creation of strategic models and action plans for open issues
  • Succession planning (100% for the team)
  • Maintenance of Training Tracking Tool and elaboration of action plans to minimize knowledge gaps
  • SLA/KPI's achievement and monthly review, quality monitoring of team performance and take corrective actions to close the gaps

People Development Activities

  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety procedures and training requirements
  • Ensure the team has adequate resources to perform their duties and responsibilities
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment
