We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Scrum Master/Project Manager to lead our international project in Chennai. This is a full remote position, and we require someone with extensive experience in project management and Agile principles.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have a strong background in Scrum and Kanban methodologies. They should also have expertise in creating metrics and dashboards using Azure DevOps.

Key responsibilities will include conducting daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, as well as assisting the team in understanding and implementing Agile principles and practices.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Agile project management and hold a certification as a Scrum Master. A Bachelor's or Master's degree is also required.

Other desirable qualifications include experience with PeopleSoft and strong facilitation skills for Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups and sprint planning.

  • Bachelor or Master degree
  • Certified Scrum Master with +5 years of experience
  • +5 years of experience as Agile project management (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
  • Ability to lead projects using agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban to ensure iterative and flexible delivery
  • Expertise in creating metrics and dashboards using Azure DevOps
  • Experience with PeopleSoft is an advantage
  • Experience in leading and guiding small to medium-sized development teams
  • Strong facilitation skills for agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups and sprint planning
  • Ability to remove impediments and ensure smooth project execution
  • Continuous improvement mindset and ability to foster a productive work environment
