Ambitious Agile Project Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ambitious Agile Project Leader to join our team. As an Ambitious Agile Project Leader, you will lead and manage agile software development projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Cultivate and motivate agile development teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies, proactively addressing issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the team and with stakeholders, providing regular status updates, reports, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to define and implement quality standards and processes.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the development teams, implementing agile best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience with 10 years of overall experience.
  • Proven experience as an Agile Scrum Master in the IT industry with 5 years of experience in this role.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is mandatory.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
