Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers in designing and implementing control systems.
  • Manage project escalations, resource allocation, and hiring activities.
  • Identify training needs and implement structured training programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery.
  • Monitor project risks and opportunities, driving improvements across teams.
  • Ensure system performance validation through thorough testing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve control system issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering (or related field).
  • 10-12 years of experience in PLC programming (Siemens required; Allen Bradley a plus).
  • Prior experience in airport baggage handling systems or parcel handling solutions strongly preferred.
