Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced senior architect to lead architectural and interior design projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience in project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and execution of architectural and interior projects from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure smooth project coordination and delivery.
  • Engage with clients to understand requirements, present design concepts, and maintain professional relationships.
  • Oversee site supervision, ensuring design quality and timely completion.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for seamless project delivery.
  • Mentor junior designers/architects within the studio.
  • Drive business growth and revenue generation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in architecture and interior design projects.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design capabilities.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and other design software.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects independently.
