Project Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our project teams in the chemicals and materials practice.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Chemicals and Materials and be responsible for guiding research processes, overseeing team members, and delivering high-quality reports to clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and refining project scopes, schedules, and budgets
  • Driving staff performance and ensuring content and quality of studies
  • Conducting analysis, developing appraisal and recommendations, and preparing presentations
  • Presenting findings to clients and maintaining client relationships

Ongoing responsibilities include assisting with business development and identifying enhancements to project deliverables.

Requirements include:

  • 8+ years of experience in consulting in the chemical industry
  • Experience developing and presenting project results
  • Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate team members
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus

Candidates must possess excellent organization skills, foreign language skills are a plus, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
