Senior Project Architect

About our architecture and design firm:

We specialize in blending European classicism with modernist tropical architecture, delivering high-quality designs for luxury estates and residences.

Our team of experts offers comprehensive design services spanning architecture, interiors, furniture, lighting, and product design.

  • Minimum 9 years of experience in the field
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Architecture from a reputable institution (preferred)
  • Proficiency in software like Auto-CAD
  • Experience in luxury residential buildings and hospitality (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Relevant experience in team handling

Responsibilities include:

  1. Oversight of the entire project lifecycle to ensure high-quality design and coordination of services
  2. Preparation of high-quality construction documents for PMCs or site contractors
  3. Strong coordination skills with contractors and vendors
  4. Maintaining proper documentation of all coordination
  5. Mitigating delays and facilitating project team meetings and communications

Key Requirements:

• Strong expertise in building structures and project lifecycle management

• Ability to create precise technical documents for construction projects

• Excellent knowledge of working drawings, detailing drawings, and building codes

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

• Regular site visits to ensure proper construction on site
