Web Engineer Position

This job is an opportunity to become a part of a dynamic team working on website development.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.

  • Maintain and update website content (blogs, events, podcasts, resources).
  • Design and develop new pages, landing pages, and microsites.
  • Customize and manage WordPress themes, templates, and plugins.
  • Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, secure, and optimized for speed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues (front-end and back-end).
  • Implement SEO best practices for improved visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in web development (front-end & back end).
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
  • Experience with WordPress page builders (Elementor, Divi, or similar).
  • Strong design sense and ability to translate mockups into functional pages.
  • Familiarity with plugins, integrations, and analytics tools.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and website optimization.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of CRM or marketing integrations (Zoho, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Prior experience managing websites for events or professional services.
