At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Incentive Compensation Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to work closely with clients as consultants to support all components of incentive compensation design and implementation.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of corporate, product strategy, and operational/compliance constraints to deliver IC plans that drive desirable behavior and performance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for goal setting, IC design, and implementation of effective incentive compensation admin processes for the sales field.
  • Analyze sales data, evaluate performance metrics, and generate insightful reports for sales operations and management using SQL and advanced Excel skills.
  • Assist in call planning and targeting strategies by leveraging data-driven insights and market intelligence to optimize sales force effectiveness.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Life Sciences, etc.).
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial operations within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on IC design and operations or call plan and targeting.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Knowledge of call planning and targeting methodologies, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize sales force effectiveness.
  • Sound understanding of IC plans and admin concepts, goal setting, and IC health checks to support client sales ops activities.
  • Experience with sales force automation tools and systems.
  • Good understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements.
