Commercial Banking Expertise

We are seeking a seasoned commercial banking professional to drive strategic growth and domain expertise across commercial banking operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a domain consultant and advisor in commercial banking engagements, providing actionable insights and business requirements.
  • Translate complex banking processes into effective solutions and go-to-market strategies for commercial banking offerings.
  • Collaborate with delivery and technology teams to ensure banking domain alignment and digital transformation initiatives in client banking operations.
  • Stay current with regulatory trends and market shifts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in commercial banking domain, with a strong understanding of banking processes, systems, and compliance environment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in management or related field.
  • Previous experience in consulting, transformation, or solution architect role is preferred.

Preferred: Experience working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 Global banks, global exposure (UK, US, APAC, or Middle East banking regulations and practices).
