The Role:

  • Manage legal documentation across the company, ensuring robust agreements with counterparties.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of vendor management processes.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
  • Procure appropriate legal templates and ensure compliance.
  • Provide support to stakeholders as necessary, including liaising with external vendors to negotiate agreements.
  • Evaluate contracts and agreements to identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Draft, review, and negotiate vendor contracts and enterprise documentation.
  2. Develop and implement vendor management strategies.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis on relevant laws and regulations.
  4. Establish effective relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
  5. Maintain accurate records and reports of all contractual arrangements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in contract law and commercial law with a focus on vendor and enterprise agreements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field, with 5-8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
