Job Description:

  1. Train and upskill sales team on cloud products, features, use-cases and value propositions.
  2. Actively guide and support the sales team to convert leads into cloud customers.
  3. Resolve technical customer queries online and onsite as needed ensuring satisfaction.
  4. Create and document standardized processes, solution flows and best practices for cloud offerings.
  5. Collaborate with sales team to design custom cloud solutions for potential clients.
  6. Stay informed on cloud trends and competitors, offering strategic insights to sales and product teams.
  7. Drive cloud growth by empowering sales teams to pitch cloud more effectively.
  8. Represent the company as a cloud expert confidently in customer meetings, events and webinars.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, pricing models, deployment and scalability.
  • Excellent communication skills for simplifying complex topics for non-technical teams.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits or onsite support.
  • Self-driven, process-oriented and passionate about enabling sales success.
