Job Description

An exciting opportunity to drive international business growth has arisen for a seasoned professional with expertise in sales and business development. As an International Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for leading the expansion of our presence in the Middle East region.

Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue while maintaining profitability. This will involve managing the entire sales cycle from market entry to client relationships and order delivery, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Revenue: Achieve sales targets, maintain profit margins, expand presence by finding distributors, agents, and partners, and ensure excellent service and strong customer satisfaction.
  • Market Strategy: Research market trends and competition, use insights to define entry and growth plans, lead efforts to open new business in target markets.
  • Business Development: Visit and nurture relationships with partners, negotiate contracts, tenders, and agreements, manage the full order cycle: quotes → delivery → invoicing, monitor payments and follow up promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong track record of sales success, excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. You should also have the ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects, as well as knowledge of legal, trade, and compliance matters.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in international business development is required, preferably in the Middle East region. You should possess a deep understanding of the market, its trends, and competitors.
