Account Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a professional to manage and follow up on overdue accounts, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting clients through various means to discuss and resolve payment issues, negotiating payment terms and settlement plans in accordance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments
- Contact clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits to discuss and resolve payment issues
- Negotiate payment terms and settlement plans in accordance with company policies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communication and collection activities
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile account discrepancies and ensure data accuracy
- Prepare and present regular reports on collection performance and outstanding accounts
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will have a strong understanding of debt collection regulations and customer interaction protocols, with the ability to stay updated on industry practices.
