**PROFILE INTRODUCTION**:
As a Recovery Officer, you will be responsible for managing the recovery of outstanding dues and loans from delinquent customers. You will play a critical role in minimizing financial losses for the organization by implementing effective recovery strategies and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

**PROFILE RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Contact delinquent customers and initiate the recovery process in a professional and effective manner.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers to facilitate the timely recovery of outstanding debts.
- Monitor and track payment agreements to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with legal teams and external agencies to handle legal proceedings and resolve complex recovery cases.
- Conduct thorough investigations to assess the financial status and creditworthiness of customers.
- Prepare detailed reports on recovery activities, including progress, challenges, and potential risks.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications, transactions, and recovery efforts in the designated database.
- Stay updated with relevant industry regulations and compliance standards to ensure adherence to legal and ethical practices.
- Provide timely and comprehensive feedback to the management regarding potential improvements in the recovery process.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage timely payments and ensure a positive customer experience.

**PROFILE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Recovery Officer or a similar role in the financial sector.
- Strong understanding of debt recovery procedures, laws, and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations tactfully.
- Proficiency in using financial software and databases to manage and track recovery activities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- A result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and minimizing financial losses.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
