Job Title:Strategic Partnerships Manager for Access to Credit

Ground Zero is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnerships Manager for Access to Credit to lead our efforts in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with financial institutions, NGOs, and other stakeholders to increase access to credit for micro and nano enterprises in Lucknow. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial inclusion landscape, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate complex partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with financial institutions, NGOs, and other stakeholders to increase access to credit for micro and nano enterprises.
  • Identify and assess potential partners, and negotiate partnership agreements.
  • Manage and monitor partnership activities, ensuring alignment with Ground Zero's mission and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for financial inclusion.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on partnership progress and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in financial inclusion, partnership development, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the financial inclusion landscape in India.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with experience in developing and maintaining partnerships with financial institutions, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate complex partnerships and negotiate agreements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
