Role Overview:

The Product and Growth Associate will play a key role in identifying business challenges, driving product improvements, and fueling growth. You'll collaborate across teams, analyze data, and execute experiments that make a measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business challenges across various teams to uncover gaps and identify opportunities.
  • Interpret product usage data to discover areas for improvement.
  • Tackle product and user experience issues through research, critical thinking, and iteration.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful changes.
  • Design and execute experiments to track metrics and iterate on everything from activation funnels to retention cohorts.
  • Conduct benchmarking, interviews, and process audits.
  • Own growth experiments from ideation to execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Liberal Arts, Mathematics, Statistics, Cognitive Science, Design, Philosophy, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL or analytics tools is a plus.
