Product Strategy Professional - Customer Growth Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive customer growth through product-focused initiatives and experiments.

The ideal candidate will combine strategic consulting discipline with hands-on B2C product execution, using data-driven insights, structured experimentation, and product-led retention strategies to unlock sustainable growth and deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer growth through product-focused initiatives and experiments
  • Develop and scale rewards & loyalty programs to boost retention and engagement
  • Use data and analytics to identify opportunities and optimize performance
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and business teams to execute growth strategies
  • Lead A/B tests and champion/challenger experiments to validate ideas
  • Present insights and dashboards to leadership with clear business impact

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA/Master's from a top-tier institution preferred
  • 4-6 years of total experience
  • At least 2 years in B2C hyper-frequent use cases (credit cards, gaming, trading, quick commerce) OR 2-3 years in top-tier consulting (MBB, preferably first cohort)
  • Strong skills in data analysis and financial modeling, proficiency in SQL, Excel, and analytics tools (Tableau/Python preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with growth funnels, lifecycle management, and cohort analysis
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management
