  1. Mentoring and guiding team members to deliver top-notch enterprise products.
  2. Collaborating with product management, user experience, and engineering teams to design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable, fault-tolerant software-as-a-service offerings.
  3. Actively participating in software design meetings to ensure long-term code maintainability and extensibility.
  4. Conducting thorough code reviews.
  5. Emphasizing quality in written code and developed products.
  6. Driving continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle.
  7. Providing ongoing feedback and supporting engineers' professional growth.
  8. Fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in delivering high-quality products within SaaS environments.
  • Exceptional design and programming skills, primarily focusing on enterprise server solutions using JavaScript and ReactJS.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies is beneficial.
  • Working knowledge of web services and networking fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ReactJS, and ExpressJS.
  • Thorough understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and commercial product development practices in complex enterprise/cloud solutions.
