Role Overview:

  • Airport Operations Specialist role requires handling diverse responsibilities across airport operations.

Job Description:

  • The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless airport operations, encompassing crew management, baggage handling, and departure control.
  • This role demands a high level of expertise in airline industry knowledge, GDS systems, and DCS applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Crew Management: Scheduling, tracking, and ensuring efficient utilization of crew resources
  • Baggage Handling: Monitoring and operating automated baggage handling systems, creating flight load sheets and baggage reports
  • Departure Control: Managing passenger check-ins & boarding, baggage check-in, and load management

Required Skills:

  • Graduate in any stream with relevant travel experience
  • International Air Transport Association (IATA) Certified or Diploma in Travel and Tourism
  • Good knowledge of Airline Industry
  • Working knowledge of GDS systems and DCS applications
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Ability to achieve stringent SLAs
