Oracle Subscription Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Subscription Management. This critical role requires a deep understanding of subscription lifecycle processes, pricing, billing, and revenue recognition within the Oracle Cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement functional designs for the Oracle Subscription Management module.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  • Configure subscription products, pricing models, and billing rules.
  • Support integration activities with other Oracle Cloud modules (e.g., Order Management, Billing, Revenue Recognition) and external systems.
  • Perform testing and validation of configurations to ensure business requirements are met.
  • Provide ongoing functional support and troubleshooting for Oracle Subscription Management users.
  • Develop and deliver training materials to end-users.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and functionalities of Oracle Subscription Management.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of functional experience with Oracle Subscription Management in a Cloud environment.
  • Deep understanding of subscription lifecycle management, including creation, amendment, renewal, and termination.
  • Strong knowledge of pricing, billing, and revenue recognition processes within Oracle Subscription Management.
  • Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and system configurations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business and technical teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
