We are seeking a seasoned professional with 15+ years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry to guide and scale our CPG practice.

This role requires a deep understanding of the CPG value chain, particularly in marketing strategy, pricing, and commercial strategy. The ideal candidate will act as a thought partner, capability builder, and strategic leader across client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the CPG industry expert across client engagements, providing strategic guidance and functional expertise.
  • Act as a thought partner to clients and internal teams, bringing a strong industry lens to challenges and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with client engagement leads to shape problem statements and solution approaches.
  • Support multiple client engagements by providing subject matter input and reviewing deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of professional experience in the CPG industry or consulting roles focused on CPG clients.
  • Deep functional knowledge across the CPG value chain, including marketing strategy, pricing, and consumer insights.
  • Proven experience working closely with senior stakeholders across strategy, commercial, and analytics teams.
